Why Would a Company Pay ME for MY Opinion?
This is part of a Companies Development Cycle. This is where companies are interested in hearing what regular folks, like me and you, think about a product that said company is thinking about creating and developing. Before the Company releases the product to the market, they send it out to the test market to get feedback, which let's them figure out which way to go moving forward. This saves the company time, money and their reputation as a brand if the product is a flop!
How Product Testing Works:
So, now that you have decided that this sounds like something you would be interested in...here is the know how to get started!
You will need to contact a company that offers these types of opportunities in order to sign up. From here, you need to fill out a Screen-er Survey, which basically lets the Company know that if you qualify to be on the list of upcoming testers they will reach out. Depending on the product and the company, you can make anywhere between $3 to $125 dollars. And, as a bonus, you get to keep the products you are testing!
On average, Product testers get four (4) to five (5) full size products and sample products to test per month.

PINECONE RESEARCH - this company actually pays very well. You can do product testings with them as well as take surveys to supplement your income. 
TOLUNA - this company invites testers from the USA, Australia and Canada. On their website, you will need to click on the tab that reads "Rewards." From there, click on the tab that says "Test Products" in order to sign up. Invitations to receive their test products will come to your e-mail. They offer gift cards as well as monies for rewards. 
NIELSON Home Scan- this company is based in Canada. They send you a free scanner that you use at home to scan all of the household purchases that you make. Then, they will offer you FREE electronics and other rewards for doing these tasks.
BZZ Agent - this company is pretty great. You sign up and take several surveys. These surveys will let the company know where they can place you, since several "Bzz Campaigns" going on at once. Then, when you have been accepted, products will be sent to you with several different offers that you can give to friends and family. The more offers you share, the more free products they will send!
VALUED OPINIONS - this Company is great for beauty products! You get to test a variety of these products and if you get picked for the focus group, you get paid even higher!
IPSOS I-Say- this, in short, is an ONLINE MONEY MAKING GOLD MINE! This company provides opportunities to take paid surveys, product testing and several other ways to make some extra money on the internet.
MINDSPAY - you can actually have a steady stream of income with this company. They have great opportunities for both online surveys, and product testing. They pay out two times each month in $50 multiples via Paypal. Note: You do have to keep a $9.03 balance minimum.
MYVIEW- this company has both Product Testing and Online Surveys with the surveys being the more dominant. Since product testing opportunities are emailed to you, you will need to keep a close eye on your email account. They give Amazon gift cards, as well as Prepaid Visa gift cards as payment.
SURVEY SPOT- this site offers both product testing and paid surveys. The test products they send to you can include household items, food and beauty products. Rewards are in the form of money via Paypal, store gift certificates and Amazon gift cards.
IPOLL- this company was previously known as SurveyHead. Opportunities include product testing, online tasks and paid surveys. This company has a mobile app that makes it easier for you to see what tasks are available for completion, products you can buy, and/or which ones you can test for review. And, when you sign up you get a $5 bonus!
