It is time to give your car some room to breathe by DONATING or TOSSING items that you haven't been using in a year or longer. You should be able to walk around your vehicle without touching it. 
Organize what is left by category, with an eye toward:
Pegboards and Hooks can hold HEAVY items, such as hoses, and shallow shelves can stow the smaller stuff!
