Now sit down and R E L A X - because it's YOUR R E S T Day!!
It's time to sit back and catch up on the DVR shows that you have been missing because we have been working SO hard!
Today does NOT mean to undo all the good we have been working towards, but it does mean that NO WORKING OUT! We need to rest all the muscles that have been doing us great over the past week.
Watch your portions, make healthy snack choices and remember WHY we are doing this.
A Challenge is supposed to challenge us, right!
